Javascript and IE 6 problem

clicking doesn't work

We use Horde webmail for Email - was working fine. Yesterday when I click on reply or forward, I just get a error:
JAVASCRIPT:open_compose_win('thismailbox=inbox');

I read through some of the older instances, and pressing CTRL + F5 makes it work usually one time, sometimes more than once. I'm using XP MCE and IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519; 128 bit.

Don't know if it matters, but recently installed the new Ebay Blackthorne program and had to change my lan settings. (uncheck "automatically detect settings" and also unclick "use proxy server") I can still get to the Internet OK (obviously) My other computer is using Win2000 and it is not having any trouble with javascript. Any suggestions?

I put the internet connections back like they were and the webmail works again - but the new program doesn't work, so I will take it up with them.
