I have a semi successfull website.

SEO 8/10
Design 7/10
Appearance 4/10
Revenue 4/10 (it pays for its hosting)

I designed the site with the following expectations.

To be accessable through any level platform. I get hits from the most isolated places you could imagine. (my site is a Renewable Energy info and sales point) I didnt want a person running on batteries waiting for loads of images or basically spending time they may not have just navigating. When you come through with a 0 function broswer you get pure text whereas the rest of my visitors get the full site.

To present easy to use information that is not hard to find while navigating.

To have open space for advertising in the future.

To be friendly looking and somewhat generic so it may appeal to all levels of society. Renewable Energy is not just for a certain trend or demographic.

To be SEO friendly.

Anyways.....

I found a javascript menu a while back that allowed for the text menu as I want it when JS wont work. I like it. The problem is... I can not for my life get it positioned where I want it and even worse on some browsers it floats with the scroll bar!

In some cases it covers important buttons as well.

It is a generic script you can find almost anywhere.

I was hoping somebody with some experiance might look at it and tell me what Im doing wrong.

I will direct you to the site in PM if you are interested in helping.

Thanks alot!
