radio button

Hi , i got an small project , that is when someone click a radio button , a text will be loaded up at the lower of the page without the whole page be reloaded , but i never done javascript before ... how could i do that?

i would like something like this:
[htmlcodetutorial.com...]
but that is only in one page , like , if i click on small , it will display at the bottom "small pizaa" and automaticaly when i click medium , will also change at bottom , if this example can make you understand more my poor french's english
