How to check homepage and redirect?

I was trying to check whether my users had my page as their homepage and i was wondering if anybody can help me write the code that would redirect the ones that do have it as their homepage to a different page and the ones without it to another one.

You can not detect a person's homepage with Javascript. The only way you could do this is if you got dark and shady and made up some spyware (I don't suggest doing that).
