anyone know of such a thing?. a free app that will beautify and possibly obfuscate also, JS and ASP, and anything else would also be nice..

"ASP Beautify" and "JavaScript Code Improver" they are have very simple interfaces and you might come up with mixed results. There are myriads of other tools for other languages, for example Jalopy which formats JAVA source.
