Hi. I am new here and I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me out with this. I have been having this problem for several weeks now and I can't seem to find anyone who knows what to do. I need it fixed because otherwise it won't allow me to do my online college course! If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, please oh please reply to this message or e-mail me at ptlvr312@aol.com!

Thanks in advance!

Mandi it could be so many things. It's a Javascript error for sure. Double-click the little yellow alert icon, that would at least give you a clue. But if it prevents you from completing an online course, I'd complain to the institution. As one who's done a site or two for edu's, I can tell you accessability is an absolute MUST.

rocknbil, I clicked on the little yellow error sign and it said that my permission was denied. But the thing is, I used to be able to get into it. And then all of a sudden this happens. I am not sure if it is because of the Sp2 but it really stinks. I have contacted the technical support for the course and they have told me to do a few things. Like one, to hold down the ctrl key and then double click my quiz. Well that didn't work. Then she had me go into my internet options and clear out my cookies and increase the megabytes to 1200. Well that didn't work either. Then she told me to turn off my virus protector and firewall because sometimes those will interfere, and again, it didn't work. So I am so clueless. I have been having my friend enter them for me (my answers) after I have done them. Because I get on it at school and then print the quiz out, bring it home work out the problems and then hoping my computer allows me to enter it. But no such luck. I guess I will have to have my friend do it for me again this week.

Thanks for your help and sorry this post was so long.

Don't waste your time - download another browser. Opera and Firefox are the most popular alternatives to IE.

I recommend Firefox. Opera is just too buggy.
