Hidden Links

JS Does hide links right?

Hi all,

I am pretty new to everything around here and have been looking for an answer to this and not found anything. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough (Well I probably haven't).

Anyway my question was I have been given a link from a site and the links pages for the sites are hiding the URL behind JS. Are these links worth anything with the JS hiding them this way?

javascript:__doPostBack('Links1$dgLinks$_ctl11$lbtnLink','')

That is the JS being used.

Useless for Google PR, etc. but ok if the link brings traffic.
