Javascript and Flash unload

Javascript needed to unload a roadblock flash banner completely

I have a very strange reuirement, I need to have a site capture/roadblock on my site. I'm using phpAdsNew as the ADSERVER. Now the problem is when the user clicks on the close button on the flash file, I'm not able to click any links in the area in which the sitecapture appeared and also, I'm not able to put the focus on the text field.

Someone told me that a javascript to unload this site capture and load the minimized flash banner on close click might be the solution, but unfortunately I'm not able to get any of the code working. I will really appreciate any kind of help in this regard as this is quite urgent. So although this is mainly a flash issue or an adserver issue, I'm posting it in javascript forum, so someone can help me.
