Scrolling Text Box, iframe

Any Recommendations?

Hi:

I have a content <div> which contains an iframe. I'm not to fond of the scroll bar being in the middle of my design. I'd rather have a way to just hold your mouse over an up or down arrow to scroll.

Any ideas, suggestions or scripts (0-$20) are very much appreciated!
