Javascript/Symnatec issue

After several hours and and some rather expensive support sessions, I have been told that the reason I can't open my Microsoft Money 2004 Users Guide is that Symnatec is not letting in Javascript.

I went to the Symnatec site, but I couldn't find info on how to let Java in so I could open the Money Users Guide.

I am only mildy computer literate as you can probably tell. Do any of you have any suggestions?

This is something that you can change on your browser. Many AV software products set your internet security to High - a setting which block scripts.

In your Internet Options > Security change you security setting from High to Medium - this should allow JavaScript to run.
