Heres my problem,

We installed a customer application which has drop down boxes written in Java Script. One company logs on and they work great. Only once company is having problems on these. If we have them log onto there machine with there userid and password... the drop down boxes are blank.. if we have them log onto the same exact machine using another companys information it works, their populated. If we use there logon id at our sight, it works fine. Its only when where at their machines accessing their information for their particuliar company it doesnt. Have about 200 companies using this and no one else complains. Any ideas or ways to track the problem?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, TheVeee!

Have you checked to see if the company has blocked JavaScript on their computers or at the firewall?

Actually getting ready to check that today. But why would it allow us to put other companies information and password and work at the same machine at it work fine?

Apologies, I didn't read your post properly.

That is a strange one. I wonder if it's some bizarre mix of bad data and browser quirks? What browser are they using?

Blob, Were having a conference call with them this morning. Will get detailed information and hopefully we can re-create the problem. Were a small shop with little experience in this but we do get by. Its these weird problems which always give us new opportunities. Will post information once I get it. Thanks for the help so far... at least its helping the brain a churning...
