It's ok when I see it from source website javascriptkit.com but It's doesn't work in my website?
Why is it? I didn't change anything of source.

Client-side JavaScript cannot detect the user's IP number. Period. You will need some server-side script, like SSI, PHP, Python, or one of the ASP-lingo's.
