Still a problem with my menu

My menu is working properly when I check the page on members.cox.net/mysite/index.htm, while when I open it on www.mysite.com the menu doesnt show up!

Does anybody have any idea? Is my domain provider responsible for that, or is the script?

Does it use cookies? Thats the only thing that usually causes this problem.
