I would say an email to the AdSense team is in order to ask why there isn't a payment showing up in your payment history. And please report back to let us know what the reasoning is for it ;)

I went into my account information and looked at the Tax information section. Even though I correctly entered this information when I signed up for the program it appears that Google was unaware as to my tax status, or at least showed no indication that it was aware.
I went through the process again in hopes that this may have anything to do with the lack of payment approval on my account.
ASA - Is this the issue here? Did google simply not carry over the tax information collected upon account activation, is this the reason so many of us are not seeing payment this month?

So, it still looks like google doesn't know my tax info. But at this point I have to guess that it's just that, it only 'looks like' it. I'm presented with the same wizard in tax info.
I would have preferred for that to be the problem, better than not knowing.

And my payment for March is not approved yet ...
yup, I've had this confirmed by a number of acquaintances running adsense accounts. Many with normal tax info and still no payment confirmation.

Fiver, the tax confirmation language is somewhat buried in the first paragraph of your tax info page. It's easy to skim over it - it's the second sentence, as Jettie quoted:
"Our records indicate that you have already submitted the appropriate information."
You shouldn't have to enter your tax info more than once, but the page remains active so that you can update your information if necessary.

Could your specific problem be a case of shared addresses? I think I recall someone here a while ago saying a spouses account was canceled because google didn't like the fact that two accounts were in one household. I don't know the official stance on this, but really, if that were the case why would one of your cheques go through and not another? hrm.
Looks like a wide variety of sites are having delay problems, with no consistent theme. High CTR maybe? Mine has been high enough to warrant further review I'm sure. Anybody with a < 5% not been approved yet?
oh well, none of the proposed reasons have been consistent yet, I'm hoping someone is just slow on the draw. Misplaced a filing cabinet..

Many of the accounts affected are long standing.
But I just checked (b/c of this thread), and sure enough: "Friday, April 16, 2004 Payment Approved" :-)
(BTW, same country as Jettie.)
