March earnings payment has not been approved

No "April 16th" payment approved in payment history

It seems that everyone else here(majority) got their adsense earnings for last month approved. I on the other hand have not been approved yet. It is starting to worry me. Should I be worried? Last month (february earnings) were approved on March 11th.

I don't think Google would pull a stunt like that. It would be very unprofessional. From the various posts here, it would seem that a warning is issued (sometimes) and your site stops showing the paid ads immediately if you've done something against the TOS and Google feels the need to punish you for it.

Well my site still shows the paid ads but not a dicky bird in the payment history.

Come on google, this is getting ridiculous. Talk to your affiliates already.

Google is still well within their 30 days to send a payment. If there is not a payment recorded by the end of the month, then you should start to worry ;)

For whatever reason, they seem to be doing them in two lots this time around - perhaps it is split by geo-location, alphabetically, or by earning amount.

Yes, I can understand people are anxious to receive payments - we all are. But to be fair, they really aren't keeping publishers in the dark, they are not required to "report" anything unless they won't be mailed until after the 30 days, for whatever reason.

Jenstar: I was going to post something similar, but I think that people get anxious when other people report good news and they don't see anything happening in their own account manager. If anything, it allows people to vent, which I think is good.

I guess being a pesimist at heart, I only require that Google meets their requirements as per the agreement, and would not ask for payment until after the 30 days. However, it is really nice that they have been doing it before they have to.

My advice to those not being approved yet: Take it easy for a couple of days and don't check the payment tab just yet...

To be honest, the frustration stems from the fact that yes, this is the first time they have ever approved one batch of accounts and not another, and more than that, Google has not responded to any correspondence to do with this legitimate concern.

I've been on both sides of the affiliate fence for years, and I have to say I'm quite disappointed nobody at google has addressed these concerns in a timely manner, or at all.

If it were any program but google, these fly-by-night-op red flags would already have many serious affiliates out the door.

Yeah Very True Jenstar, But if there are any changes in payments strucutre then they should inform us. The names are sorted in neiter alphabetical nor payments wise. They are using something else to send payments in 2 lots. <snip>

Do you have your TAXES information update?

Sorry for the delay - I needed to meet with our payment team to get accurate information for you. There is no delay for AdSense payments, so checks are going out on time. I was told that every month a small number of payments take longer to approve - this is part of our regular process and is not cause for alarm. As a result, you'll probably see a later date on your Payment History page. I can't be sure if your accounts in particular are affected, but it is a possibility.

jonathanleger is correct when he mentioned that you would be notified by email if there was an issue with your account and TOS compliance.

I should also add, for the benefit of others reading this thread, that you will only see an update on your Payment History page if your balance was in excess of $100 at the end of the month, and if your tax information has been properly submitted :)

You can contact the support team for more information about your specific account - I'm afraid I don't have the ability to look up that information myself.

ASA.

Well, as much as I love Google and AdSense and wouldn't trade it for any other program right now, Google's policy of absolute silence until you're killed is the cause for all of the panic when things don't seem "normal".

If Google was more open and honest and notified the publishers when things were delaying a bit and didn't cut people off for "fraudulent clicks" without giving any proof or details, then we wouldn't all freak out when the payment is delayed out of fear that we've done something wrong.

I haven't been approved for this month check either, and it's well into 4 figures. Last time it took them this long to approve a check was back in October (10/27).

Im in New York city, and i havent received mine either. Google did email and told me that my account was in good standings, and that approval is taking long only for this month. At first i thought that my earnings were being looked at because this was my highest month, but after speaking with a few, i ruled out that option. Hopefully friday will be the big day. Good luck to us all.

Fiver...i'm in the same boat (hoping it's not sinking)

I'm trying to stay away from this thread and the payment link on adsense. I also received the same "We'd like to assure you that your account remains in good standing" email.

The strange thing is that all the previous months I was among the first on this forum to report that I've received my check. And now they still aren't cleared.

I don't think there's any countdown to watch out for. It's just the group that is under further review "part of our regular approval process." However long that takes is anybody's guess. I don't think this scenario has been reported in previous months by anyone, so it must be a NEW regular approval process.

google has patently reassured many that their account remains in good standing, and ASA themselves has said that "There is no delay for AdSense payments, so checks are going out on time".

However long that takes is anybody's guess

umm. shouldn't be.

We will mail you a check for your account balance within 30 days of the end of every calendar month
