We saw the CPC Seasonal *INCREASE* around Dec as a result of what they claimed was a higher conversion rate. I am curious as to what the *DECREASE* was based on etc.
Shopping.com has great insight into behavior and stats that can really be benefitial in other means aside from their network. You have to be careful with what you read from them as it is usually a solicitation to spend more. Dig far enough into their stats, reports, and corp doc's and you can sometimes find gold nuggets.

In December they raised CPC's and promised that they would lower them again in the summer months based on seasonal trends.
Upon further review, this years stats are staying up, however they will maintain their commintment to lowering CPC's by 20% between July 1 and August 31.
