Which PPC engine that receive most impressions?

Overture OR Adword?....I am confused

Hi,
From my own knowledge and after I investigate in this issue I discovered that Overture receive the most impressions but in my advertising network my adword ad receives more impressions than my overture ad! Where is the problem?
Please help.

By the way I forgot to say I have the same keywords in both ads.

Adwords uses broad match and contextual advertising by default... You may want to check to make sure you have these active on Overture.. Google also has a much larger contextual network..

Any 2 dollar website can use google Adsense, they dont have standards anymore.
Overture at least have a standard.
