I saw a TV newspiece on "911 bombing" where people can use VOIP to call 911, report a fictitious event but hide who they are and where they are calling from. It got me thinking about how the pay per call initiative could potentially be subject to the various fraudulent applications of this VOIP masking. How much will this impact the pay per call business of AOL and Findwhat? Does anyone use pay per call and is this a concern if so?
