PPC we can Resell

Any web design/hosting companies resell PPC?

We currently resell a PPC system and are able to markup the clicks/manage them for the customers.

The company running this is now becoming more difficult to talk to/contact, so can anyone out there recommend any other PPC systems that you can resell?

I see top-pile do something call Setclicks which is a resell of top4clicks, is this any good?

Any advice/recommendations would be appreciated.
