What's up with this PPC? I have used Kanoodle for 3 months now and have literally over 4,000 clicks. Not one lead off my URL. Is this some sort of scam?

A few of the threads on this first page alone should answer your questions about Kanoodle. Apparently many people who use them either lose money or see very poor returns. You'd have to target your campaigns very well to do better.
