Does any one know how to sign up for IndustryBrain's publisher program to run their CPC advertisements on my site? I've tried emailing their general support, but no reply. Thanks.

They prefer the chase the publishers they want.

Their program is not for the mass market and the work required means they only want to deal with larger publishers.
The advertiser base is also very tech savvy and they try to work with brand conscious publishers.

They fraud system is also largely based on trusted partners.

so in short - they probably don't want you to join

Actually, I finally got a reply from them and they want to set up a phone call with me and they said that they are interested in putting their ads on my site.

LOL, I guess, since you figured out how to contact them, they figured you're smart enough to sign up ;)
