small PPC engine worked so far

I've been working with these PPC engines

Google
Overture
Ask jeeves
Findwhat
Kanoodle
Looksmart
MSN
Lycos
Mamma

Frankly speaking, other than Google and Overture, others don't give me even close ROI as Google and Overture. But my client still wants to try more search engines, anybody here had success with other small PPC engine you want to recommend?

Findwhat and Lycos are good in our experience, below average fraud. The rest are useless as you point out.
