COTS Contextual Ad systems

I want to do my own contextual evaluation of my pages

I want to evaluate my pages and determine what keywords are most prevalent. Is there software for sale that will do just that? All I've been able to find thus far is systems such as Googles which want to contextually evaluate your page then display their ads.

I hope I'm asking the right question. Feel free to fire questions or suggestions you're not sure of to help me/us sort this out.

Use your raw logs and some analyzer like AWStats that provides keyword occurance reporting.

Log analysis is not what I'm trying to do though the AWSstats tool does appear to be something I want to play with so thank you.

I want to evaluate the make up of a given page(call it Page A) and then return a keyword phrase based on that evaluation of that page. which I can use to make a search to my advertisers or some similar function.
