I am sure less than .01% of visitors outside US would buy my product. I just talked to FindWhat and they said that they cannot restrict my ads to US audience only. Is it still worth it trying findwhat?

I'd say try it for like $100 worth of clicks. I find you know pretty much right away with 2nd/3rd tier cpc programs. Findwhat has worked for me, but has been fluctuating wildly as of late.
