PPC Management?

Greetings,

My company runs a network of 3 sites and while we're faily knowledgeable in the PPC industry, we lack the time to properly manage our PPC campaigns.

How would we go about finding somebody to manage 3 sites on AdWords and Overture? What is the current going rate (setup/monthly)?

Any tips on how to pick the best person out of the pool?

There are many companies out there that manage PPC campaigns. Some charge an hourly fee while others take a percentage from your budget. Just do a search for adwords management and some should come up.
