Wonder if that is due to contracts still running? Has anybody heard anything? You would surely expect them to either use ATW or AV. A possible explanation might be they plan on using ATW and the take over is not completed yet.

I think you are right on this. I would be gearing up to use ATW as soon as the final papers are signed.
I am still trying to figure out what exactly OV is going to do with two spidering engines?
