-is espotting any good - I notice using their keyword bid tools that they don't seem to get a lot of traffic for highly targeted words, like just a few clicks every month...

Roar -> no experience.

As for espotting, we've got tons of info on it - good if you are targeting the European market.

Espotting is good and the minimum bid is only 5p (Overture UK is now 10p).
