I have a portal site generating <100000 different ip hits per month, USA based. I am looking for a PPC network to data feed affiliate links into the portal e.g: overture, find what, espotting.

The imported links need to be applicable to content of the page.

What are peoples views on the best PPC network for this?

Whos got best % of bid pay rate?
Best Tracking?
Most applicability to screen content?
