In an obvious attempt to keep up with chief rival Atlas DMT (which aquired GoToast in Dec) DoubleClick has announced they will be developing a bid management tool that should launch the second half of this year.

Good for DCLK; once they complete their tool, they'll have the same simple rules-based bid mgmt tool that Atlas DMT has.
