espotting clicks not registering

I noticed today that we received no clicks for a certain term promoted heavily today. There were 2 terms we concentrated on, one of which is worth considerably less than the other. The low paid one, received a lot of searches and clicks, whereas the high paid one received a lot of searches, but not even one click.

This is not at all usual for items we are featuring and pushing heavily. I mailed espotting and they said everything was fine, however still no clicks registering for this particular term.

I don't want to run the risk of clicking on our own ads to see if there is a problem and flagging up any fraudulent activity, but what else can I do? I'm convinced some high paid clicks are not being credited to us, whereas other low paid clicks are. If so is this a deliberate attempt on espottings behalf to increase revenue, or a broken tracking server that they are trying to cover up.

This happened a couple of months ago, was reported here, and they confirmed a prob at their end and then recredited everyones accounts the day after, however this time they appear to be saying nothing is wrong.

Has anyone else seen this kind of trend today?
