Is there any software out there that is good for managing multiple accounts for PPC advertising?

gotoast - its pretty good, i had a little go myself a couple of months ago, though it was a little too large scale for what i was looking for at the time, if your absoulately stacked to the rafters with PPC work, then i would recommend it.

I will certainly be going back on there system with bigger projects.

Depends on budget, whether it's multiple clients, multiple staff, multiple providers, number of keywords, frequency of update etc..

There's plenty of tools to do what you want, but be better to define your requirements and then chose the one that suits best.
