Received a newsletter today announcing the implentation of a new expanded search that sounds a lot like broad match.
Hope they can control it better than Over and AdWords have been able to.

Is there a URL in it to a FAQ? I can't find one on the site yet.

I don't think Findwhat posts their newsletters on their website. However, the press release makes it look like a combination of OV's matchdriver (mostly misspellings) and only if there is no match found, will it look for other options in their system. So it's really a way to show listings only if no one is bidding on the term already.
