Looksmart results on MSN down

Been noticing that MSN's looksmart results seem to be down.

As far as I can tell its only happening to the more commercial sites paying the $0,15 and not some of the "official info sites".

(what I mean is results show up, however upon clicking, an error page seems to be showing for commercial sites which i presume are the $0,15 bidders)
