Looksmart PPC - Geo Targeting

Hi,

I have just been reading about looksmarts new PPC program and can't seem to find any info on whether or not an advertiser can specify ads to be delivered to a specific country as google adwords allows.

Does anyone know anything about this?

I haven't heard any info on Looksmart offering GeoTargeting, I think their portal partner base is currently too US-centric to use geotargeting. (CNET, Road Runner and InfoSpace were the sites initially on board).
