Offline Advertising For A New Site

Im in a very good position to plug a site which will bring in lots of traffic for a long time.

Anyone got any ideas in how I can turn it into cash?

Im thinking of getting a feed from Overture / Espotting on maybe a high cost area like Casinos or should I concentrate on a bit of everything i.e. general search engine?

I would think the most important question is, "what type of people is this plug going to bring"? Then, after that is answered figure out what those people want to buy and sell it to them.
