Fresh Inktomi Search Results

Is it just me or are Ink results pretty fresh?

I've been developing a brand new site and I'm getting hits for pages that are only a week old. I'm even getting hits for some of my deeper pages.

Anybody else notice anything similar?

Google recently took about 5 days to find & start sending traffic to a new site.

Inktomi (via MSN) started sending referrals 2 days later (note, I didn't pay them money).

Previously they would take about 3 weeks or so to find & rank a new site, this the first time for me to get a brand new site indexed that fast in INK, almost on par with Google's ever increasing speed.

Nicely done, I have to admit.
