After having received about 10 messages from Kanoodle saying "your account is at 0$ " and replying them saying I don't want any more messages, I decided to try to delete the account but I was not able! Is there a possibility or should I send them a nice letter? Any experiences?

You could try dropping them a line but I wouldn't hold your breath on it stopping the email

Sounds like Sprinks who send out a DAILY reminder when your account drops below $10. Realy annoying.

Already did months ago. Miss their news letters that way but don't get super annoyed either - nice balance.

Just block them. Simple as that. If you don't have blocking features, then write them a letter to abuse@kanoodle.com with the subject "REMOVE ME" - I'm sure they'll read it and help you out.

Thanks for answering me, I've written them with a lot of kind words and I'm waiting for a reply. I think I'll put them on my blocked senders list!
