I would highly recommend doing a 'test' campaign, and montoring your ROI for that campaign with each very closely. As many (here) have said, FindWhat is often an underrated service, when it can drive a positive ROI for many industries.
Your best bet is to try it out, and then track the results by origin, keyword, creative, cost, and gross margin :) Then do the math, and see where the $$$ is coming from - or the loss.
With Sprinks, I had to have them disable some of their partner sites that were sending me tons of terrible traffic (and I must say, Sprinks investigated the traffic, disable the partner sites, and gave me a refund with me having to do very little but ask about the traffic increase). Now Sprinks sends me more traffic than GG, less than OV, with a conversion rate slightly less than OV (my GG traffic is my highest conversion rate), but definately worthwile traffic.
