Argh Espotting

Why oh why oh why?

We use Netscape to manage all of our PPC accounts. It has a nifty password manager allowing you to store a bunch of passwords for a load of different accounts.

Over the weekend Espotting were having intermittent problems with their site, and as a result they have set up their landing page for advertiser logins as a secure page which has wiped out ALL of the password and login details for our advertisers.

Why not tell us that this is what you are planning to do, so we can make the necessary arrangements to work on a solution?

Obviously we have the details written down elsewhere, but even still......

Yes, keeping the advertisers happy has got to be a priority, these little things add up and in the end you start to drift elsewhere with the budget. I drifted a while back now and I know there good traffic to be had...
