I'm interested in starting a niche PPC search engine. What software/script do you recommend? I'm a "newbie", so can I realistically do this or is it a must that I partner with a "techie"? How much ($$) should I be prepared to start out with and how much should I need for monthly operating expenses?

I have a good experience in developing such an engine. I have until now an engine connecting to 3 search providers.
