Buying Actual Leads as Opposed to Clicks

How much more would you pay for leads as opposed to clicks?

Hi,

How much more would you pay for an actual lead with a mailing address, telephone number, and email address as opposed to just a click on Google Adwords or Overture?

You wouldn't have to worry about click fraud, and the visitor has went a step further and requested that you send them an offer.

I would rather pay per conversion. I have a set amount that I could pay for each conversion I make. If google would have an option for PPS, I think they would have to police clicks and ads much more to make sure they are getting the most out of each user.
