Pay-Per-Click in Newsletters (email)

Hi all,

I was wondering do you any of you know if the Terms of Service for Kanoodle allow you to publish their ads in newsletters (email)? I could not find if this was a violation or not in their terms.

I know for Adsense it is not allowed to place ads in any email.

Do you know of any contextual advertising site which allows this?
