When you are in your AdWords account and you send email to AdWords support, Google should automatically pass back the email associated with the account you are in when you request help from that account (or automatically populate the address field with the address asociated with the account and make it possible to change it if desired).
From a lot of the posts here it seem like many people assume it does or at least that Google somehow knows what account a support request is coming from. It seems like each support ticket sent from an account is not automatically linked to the account it originated from.
It would be nice to be able to pause an ad within an ad group. So, if you have two or three ads, you could pause one rather than have to delete it and then create it anew and have to get it reviewed again.
Again this functionality is available as part of the API. They are not calling it as pausing the ad but as deleting the ad and reactivating the deleted ad.
The problem with the existing logic for affiliates, is that if I have an affiliate ad and a non-affiliate ad for a keyword, there is a big probability that neither of my ads will show for that. I could of course open another Adwords account but then I run the risk of showing both my ads for one search. The logic I would have preferred would have included all the affiliate ads for the initial auction and then decided the one affiliate ad with best Ad Rank. Then include all the other ads including non affiliate ads from people who lost out on the affiliate ad. For Google this would mean more money as there are more Ads competiting for the keyword. For me, I have a chance of showing a non-affiliate ad in case my affiliate ad does not win, thus making sure that atleast one of my ad shows everytime.

You've made an interesting point, and I'll be happy to forward your comments, along with those of others who've posted on the subject in other threads. So, your thoughts are invited, and I'll make sure that the right people hear them.
AWA,
Any updates on this change in logic. If it has not been changed yet or prioritized for change, can you add it to the Features that the Users would like to see.
How come when I delete a single keyword, I get a confirmation prompt, but when I delete the whole ad, away it goes, no chance to reconsider?
The keyword would be easy to reconstruct, the ad is a little more difficult if I hit the wrong ad (which I've done).

This is a really excellent point, patient2all.
I happened to see this late last night, and added it as the final verbatim quote in yesterday's Advertiser Feedback Report.

I'd like to see the keywords found hyperlinked to the actual adgroup like the search feature where it'll take me to the group with the filters on.
Part of this goes to the Easier way to locate all problem words? [webmasterworld.com]. The one reason to make that a report (0 impression on trial, disabled, on hold keywords) is for the automated email reporting.
Speaking of search, why doesn't Google implement their search technology on AdWords?
If I search for 'blue widget', then it finds all occurances of blue and widget. Often, I see the 'more than 1000 results found' and don't actually see the two word phrase I typed in as every other combination is showing.
AdWords is about the only place where it can be more useful to type in a less specific keyword in a search as it brings up less results.
If there's a way to search for an exact phrase, then I've missed the syntax for it.
And, as always, still waiting for that different contact and billing info...

Thank You!
I've wanted to make the same point for a while, but thought there simply must be some obvious advanced search options that I was missing.

This makes me brave enough to ask about another feature that I was sure existed out there. Some controlling parameter to control the inactivity period before you get logged out.
I research in one window, back to adwords, research in one window, back to adwords. Result is I'm logging in 50 times a day if I dally too long in another window.

But I want to do it without increasing the number of impressions!
