Does anyone else see the toolbar greyed out for all sites? I'm not getting anything.

PR is back but I before I saw some SERP update (thanks god less spam!) but now results seems to be rolled back to the previous SERP :( .a bit messy....
Is this normal until new SERP sticks on all data centers?

Had my laptop stolen. Fired up the new one on Thursday. No PR display, so decided I really didnt need to download the foolbar. Haven't missed it a bit. Now I guess I'll see if I really have a PR addiction like so many here. On the PR wagon for 7 days and counting...

I'm still going to heed my own "hunch" and cease all of my PageRank related efforts.
This was a wake-up call for me, and the way that I've been marketing my sites and my clients will surely change (for the better).
Cheers,

It’s not about the PR green-o-metre it’s about change. This is what all the fuss is about. Any major change in Google could have a drastic short term effect on many online businesses. If the brain child Google's vanishes for 3 days without notification, cause for concern and anticipation for a shake up should be high.

Execuse me, but why does Google put a PR display in the first place? Normal users do not care much about the PR shown, while black/whitehats SEOers use the PR display to plot their link-buy-sell business plan, which always manipulates Google SERPs. I think Google should disable the PR display from toolbar and Google directory, get back to their very old algorithm and tweak the PR formula a little bit to overcome the post-"very old agorithm" link-buy-sell businesses.
Sorry if bringing an old topic, or if this is not the right forum to comment at.
