PR0 after site offline during crawl.

Now 2 updates later still PR0 Why?

My site was offline for 7 days way back for Jan crawl. During the Feb update my site received a PR0(PR2 before)
The site has been online solid since I changed hosts back in January and my site has appeared easier in google but I am still PR0 after 2 updates and losing major traffic.
I am and have been listed in dmoz and google directory for more than 1.5 years. Can someone tell me what is happening?

Did you check the PR of the pages linking to you? Some DMOZ categories have a PR0 themselves. So it will help you to get indexed by Google, but won't help your PageRank.

Having a PR0 can indicate the site is penalized. So even if it isn't penalized, some webmasters could decide to remove a link to your homepage to avoid a link to a 'bad neighborhood'. Therefore you need to check if other links are gone by now.
