Keywords/words?

Hello I wonderd what you would consider a good amount of keywords in a text?
eg. How many times could I have the words I trie to optimize for on my frontpage?

Okej, and how should i calculate the density? Is it keywords/all words? is there any tool you recommend?

This analyzer seems very strange to me since it seems to base the percentage only on repeated words.
So I get one "3 Word Phrase" with a density of 100% is there any reason for this?
