Wordtracker or Niche database

How do you use 'em?

HEy Guys,

I just got this Niche database prgram that helps compare popularity for keywords on Overture and Google. I understand that it's similar to Wordtracker.

The thing is, I've had no success with it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to better use this tool.

So I'm looking a Niche right. Well the words it says have low competition don't have any sales opportunity. It'll give words like say [young models], thing is I don't know how to sell that.

I dunno, I just can't find any Niches. any ideas?

Personally, I try to think up niche pages and use Wordtracker to fine tune titles & on-page focus.
