Developing Keyword lists from Product Catalogs

Hey guys, just got a question about developing keywords lists from, product catalogs found on a publishers site... where a product feed isn't offered

Can anyone offer sum suggestions on the easiest way to do this? Is this related to "web Fetching" scripts?

Any ideas would be appreciated.... Also since I've been tracking my sales I've noticed that keywords with brand names included seem to convert better.... was wondering if others found similar results.

In the industry I'm in this is true. More than 50% of our sales come from brand name searches. However our site really focuses on these brand names so that is part of the reason.
