I knew someone can create thousands, hundreds, dozens of pages in a hour, while others create a page per hour or per day.

The better measure is how many unique visitors you can generate from an hour's work. anyone care to share?

I usually spend two hours for creating a new page, and generate 5-10 visitors a day from that page.

For general, highly searched terms, your page can still generate some traffic. For less searched terms, you may need 5-10 pages to get one visitor a day.

I think it would be wrong just to look at this issue on a single page view. Every time you create a new page that complements and enhances your content you increase the value of all the other pages in your site.

In stead of just looking at unique visitors, I think you need to look at pages views also. How many extra views of your old pages does the new page create?

If 10 to 15 new visitors a day pr. Page is good or bad I would suspect depends a lot on what marked you are on

I didn't say "just to look at this issue on a single page view" or "market". What I said is the measure of content productivity by way of unique visitors.

Page view is largely dependent on content type of a site, so it's a very poor indicator. Forums and onlne tools could end up with high # of page view for a small # of visitors.

There'r many factors in SEM. It is the ability to identify a very few major factors, while ignoring or isolating minor facors that will help us.
