I'm running a site on IIS 5.0 with password protected (members) content. How do I prevent Teleport Pro and other similar programs from spidering my site and making the content available off line?

I read about editing the .htaccess and also programs like AtomPark Tags Lock Pro, but not really sure how to best proceed.

Really need some help quite quickly on what the best practices are for this kind of stuff.

Thanks for your help.
